Here is how to update Federal Public Servants Record online easily if you just heard that the Federal Government commenced the Online Records update for those who are Federal Public Servants in Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
Since the commencement of the Online record updates for Federal Public Servants by the Federal Government enrolled on the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS), many have been wondering how they will go about it as they don’t know where and how to update the records online.

Federal Government through a Circular titled “Employee Online Records Update and Service -Wide Implementation of the Human Resource (HR) Module of the Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPIS)”, signed by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita and issued to all the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
The Federal Government said that the move for Federal Public Servants to update their Records online is hinged on the successful pilot implementation in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, which is to be replicated in the remaining Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the Federal Government to pave way for the roll out of the HR Module of IPPIS.
How to Update Federal Public Servants Record Online
forward your structures such as Departments, Divisions, Sections and Units to the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation
- Then go to https://www.verification.ippis.gov.ng/
- Enter your IPPIS Number.
- Enter the Registration Token.
- Enter the Captcha Text shown above in order to prove you are not a robot.
- Click Login
